Capital District Paranormal (CDP) is a small family group that decided to start a team of paranormal investigators because of our experiences. We are based out of the historic city of Cohoes, NY, which is five minutes north of the capital, Albany. CDP will proudly assist anyone in, or around the Capital District area, unravel the paranormal mysteries that they may have.
Our team consist of Mike, the founder; Katie, the co-founder; and there two daughters, who are both investigators. The girls were both the inspiration for the team. We also have a few close friends that are newer members of our team.
Our founders have had a life-long interest in the paranormal. Some of our team members have had their own personal experiences. These experiences have made their desire to find answers of the unknown greater.
If you have any unexplained happenings and want answers, drop us a line. We can help you find the answers that you are looking for. If Capital District Paranormal can not help you, we have a network of paranormal teams that WILL be able to assist you. Our services are provided free of charge. In the event that we can not assist you, we will refer you to a team that operates in the same methodology as we do. We are only looking to help, find some answers, or some Ghost!!!
